Korn Ferry is partnering with Ports North to recruit a Concur Travel & Expense Project Manager to lead SAP Concur deployments from mobilization through deployment and post-go-live support. The role partners with clients and internal teams to manage requirements, testing, change management, project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 5+ years of Travel & Expense systems implementation or applications consulting.
• Direct experience leading SAP Concur implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Concur implementations from project mobilization through deployment and post-go-live support
• Manage client expectations and project delivery to support high levels of client satisfaction
• Develop, manage, and monitor project plans, budgets, timelines, milestones, and deliverables with clients and SAP Concur resources
• Facilitate business requirements and process discussions focused on effective Travel & Expense practices
• Provide functional and technical guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Create and enhance implementation plans, templates, training guides, presentations, and other project deliverables
• Apply a standard implementation methodology while adapting delivery to each client's business requirements
• Contribute to internal company initiatives and, as needed, business development and sales activities
