Job summary

A leading heavy building materials company is seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join their Ready-Mix Concrete team in Orlando, Florida. The ideal candidate will operate machinery, maintain yard operations, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. A strong background in construction, along with communication skills, is essential. Valid CDL license preferred. This is an hourly position offering competitive wages and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated safe operation of Mixer Truck and Loader.
• Must be physically capable of performing strenuous manual labor.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the site loader in moving materials.
• Ensure all irrigation systems are operable.
• Assist Plant Supervisor with monthly inventory.

Skills

Good written and oral communication skills

Construction industry experience

Ability to work night shifts, overtime, and weekends

Basic understanding of windows-based operations

Demonstrated safe operation of Mixer Truck and Loader

Knowledge of proper material handling practices

Physically capable of performing strenuous manual labor

English proficiency

Education

Valid CDL license
