SUMMARY

Concrete Technologies ("CTI") is looking for a self-motivated and hardworking Concrete Yard Attendant for our concrete yard. This individual will be mechanically inclined and have the ability to operate general construction equipment. Yard Attendants are responsible for daily cleanup and maintenance of the grounds.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform general yard maintenance and upkeep.
• Perform basic maintenance of equipment.
• Operate skid loader, front end loader, and general construction equipment as needed.
• Perform physical tasks on a daily basis in variable weather conditions.
• Transport concrete material to plants.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures including wearing appropriate safety equipment (PPE) and using excellent safety practices while visiting job sites per company policies.
• Perform other job related duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous loader operator, skid loader, and general construction equipment experience required.
• Must have basic mechanical knowledge.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills. Work well under time constraints and respond positively to change.
• Must pass post conditional offer of employment drug screen, physical, and background check.
