Our Richmond, VA team is looking for a talented and committed Concrete Worker to help us build lasting structures. If you take pride in manual construction work, this role is a great fit. About the Position

Core Duties

Handle site preparation tasks such as taking measurements and marking boundaries for upcoming concrete pours.
Execute the mixing, pouring, and leveling of concrete to align with project blueprints.
Utilize a variety of equipment, such as power tools, trowels, and concrete mixers.
Ensure that concrete surfaces are finished and cured correctly to help maintain our high quality standards.
Coordinate effectively with colleagues and other contractors to support the punctual delivery of projects.
Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by adhering to all safety guidelines.
Conduct regular upkeep on your tools and gear to keep them in peak working condition.

Required Skills and Experience

Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent, with extra certifications being beneficial.
Demonstrated history of success in a concrete or construction-related position.
Deep understanding of the methods used for mixing, pouring, and smoothing concrete.
Capability to analyze and follow technical drawings and project blueprints.
