Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a hands-on Project Superintendent in concrete construction.
• Expertise with architectural concrete.
• Broad understanding of on-site inspection, contract documents, scheduling, budgets, reporting and closeout.
• Strong leadership to supervise teams and subs; coordinate with subcontractors and clients.
• Ability to interface with clients and resolve issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a plan for sequence of work; develop project schedule.
• Supervise field workforce to ensure efficient, compliant work.
• Procure tools and materials to meet schedules.
• Inspect and supervise work to adhere to specifications and schedules.
• Establish means, methods, and schedule for the scope of work.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety standards.
