Job summary

Haselden Construction, LLC is seeking a Concrete Superintendent to lead self-perform concrete work on commercial projects in Centennial, CO. You will partner with the Self-Perform Project Manager, project Superintendent, and field teams to deliver safe, high-quality concrete on schedule.

Responsibilities include developing concrete schedules, coordinating manpower and resources, guiding Foremen, monitoring progress and safety, and ensuring QA/QC.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial concrete construction with leadership experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Travel willingness to sites as needed.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations for self-perform concrete work.
• Develop and manage concrete schedules and manpower.
• Direct Foremen and field crews to meet production goals.
• Ensure safety and quality per Haselden standards.
• Review logs, timecards, and field documentation.
