Job summary

Haselden Construction is seeking a Concrete Superintendent to lead self-perform concrete operations on commercial projects in Colorado. You will oversee planning, manpower, scheduling, quality, safety, and field coordination while mentoring Foremen and coordinating with project leadership to deliver on schedule and budget.

Candidates should have at least 7 years of commercial concrete experience, strong drawing interpretation skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial concrete construction experience
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, schedules, RFIs
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel out of town/state as required

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain concrete schedules with the project team
• Lead Foremen and field crews to meet production expectations
• Promote safety and enforce Haselden policies on site
• Oversee field documentation, takeoffs, and quality control checks
• Mentor Foremen in planning, scheduling and field coordination
