You will manage preconstruction through completion, coordinate with owners and subcontractors, and mentor the team, leveraging your 5+ years of experience in concrete and construction management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with concrete, structural, civil, or specialty contracting projects.
• Strong understanding of project management, scheduling, budgeting, and construction operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively.
• Ensure adherence to all safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Support project forecasting, cost control, and profitability objectives.
