STRUCTURAL is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join their New York General Repair division based in Hawthorne, NJ. The role focuses on self-performed structural and concrete restoration work across complex projects aimed at enhancing the durability of critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive estimating experience in concrete restoration and structural repair.
• Proven ability to estimate projects up to $10M+ in value.
• Experience managing multiple estimates concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates based on detailed takeoffs.
• Develop conceptual, budgetary, and final bid estimates.
• Lead bid review meetings with internal stakeholders.
• Proactively engage with clients throughout the bid process.
