Responsibilities include sampling, calibrations, documenting results, and supporting audits. Travel to plants and job sites is required; early mornings and overtime may occur as project needs dictate.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of quality control experience in ready-mix concrete or construction materials.
• ACI/ DOT certifications preferred as listed.
• Strong knowledge of ASTM, ACI, and DOT testing standards.
• Proficient with Excel/Word/Outlook and lab data systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and independence.
• Strong communication across operations, sales, and customers.
• Related degree or equivalent experience accepted.

Aufgaben

• Product testing & analysis; sampling and testing to meet specs.
• Calibrate and maintain lab and field testing equipment.
• Document, analyze and report test results to operations/management.
• Monitor batching operations for adherence to mix designs.
• Provide on-site technical support to customers and project teams.
• Investigate customer complaints; prepare corrective actions.
• Assist in training plant and field personnel on quality practices.
• Support continuous improvement and stay updated with trends.
