Knight's Companies Inc. seeks a Quality Control Technician to test concrete and aggregates at plant sites and on job locations, ensuring products meet specifications. You will support production, document results, and coordinate with teams to uphold quality and safety standards.

The role requires knowledge of testing methods, interpretation of specs, and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• ACI Concrete Field Tech Level I certification required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret construction specs and concrete mix designs.

Responsabilités

• Perform quality control testing on concrete and aggregates (slump, air content, unit weight, compressive strength).
• Monitor production and delivery to ensure consistent product quality.
• Coordinate with plant/dispatch teams for quality adjustments.
• Conduct trial batches and evaluate mix designs ahead of project needs.
• Oversee and collaborate with third-party testing services.
• Maintain accurate testing records and documentation.
