Job summary

Midwest Concrete Constructors (MCC) is seeking a highly motivated Concrete Project Manager in the St. Louis area (Richmond Heights).

You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, safety, and coordination across design and field teams to ensure successful delivery of concrete foundation, slabs, tilt-ups, and exterior pavement projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management and/or field engineering or concrete experience.
• Experience running ground-up warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, cold storage, or lab/pharma facilities is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management or related field with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Manage all managerial and administrative aspects of a project including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety and proposal preparation.

A Day in the Life:

• Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a project. This includes estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation
• Participate in meetings to review the scope of work and materials
• Oversee the buyout process for materials
• Coordinate with the Concrete Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule
• Conduct progress meetings with the construction team
• Remain cost conscious and aware of every aspect of the project at all times
• Ability to communicate effectively with everyone involved in the project

Necessary Qualifications:

• 3+ years project management and/or field engineering or concrete experience
• Experience running ground-up warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, cold storage, and/or lab/pharma facilities highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management or related field required with a minimum 3.0 GPA
