Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Civil Engineering.
• Solid computer skills including AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical manuals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Applicable internships or field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, plan, and manage technical activities with project accuracy.
• Interpret plans and contract terms effectively.
• Coordinate logistics, testing, and inspections.
• Implement safety programs and assist in meetings.
• Manage change documentation and implementation processes.
• Perform quantity take-offs for Labor Distribution Reports.
• Track manpower and equipment against budget.
• Use surveying equipment for field layout.
