Job summary

The ideal candidate for CRH in Newnan, GA will support an industrial concrete manufacturing environment, contributing to safely producing precast concrete products of the highest quality. This role is non-exempt and on-site, with opportunities to grow within a large, diversified manufacturing organization.

Responsibilities include form stripping, mold prep, basic carpentry, and facility upkeep, with a focus on teamwork, accuracy, and safety in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Construction experience preferred.
• Precise/western/efco panel experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
