Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a dependable team member for its Sioux Falls manufacturing facility to support precast concrete production. You will join a crew responsible for safely producing high-quality concrete components and maintaining efficiency.

The role is non-exempt and requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, basic math, and good communication with teammates. Prior manufacturing or construction experience is preferred, and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate with the team.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete
• Perform basic carpentry skills
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping
• Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed
