Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Idaho Falls is seeking a hands-on laborer to support the production of precast concrete products. The role involves forming, pouring, finishing, and maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards on the shop floor.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of concrete panel experience, can lift up to 40 lbs, and communicates well with teammates. The position is non-exempt, full-time, on-site, with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in concrete panel work (preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Able to communicate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Strips and cleans concrete forms.
• Pours concrete, shovels, vibrates, and finishes.
• Maintains shop floor housekeeping and safety regulations.
• Performs basic carpentry skills.
• Operate forklift and other heavy machinery.
• Other duties as assigned.
