Job summary

Lehigh Hanson Inc. is seeking a Concrete Production Supervisor to oversee daily concrete production at an onsite portable plant supporting a major construction project.

You will lead plant operators, loader operators, and laborers to meet quality, volume, and delivery targets. You’ll ensure safety procedures, monitor batching processes, coordinate with project leadership and logistics, and drive continuous improvements in production efficiency and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of concrete production experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Minimum of 3 years of portable concrete plant operations experience supporting construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of concrete batching processes, portable plant operations, material handling, equipment utilization, and production scheduling.
• Project management experience with the ability to coordinate production activities and meet project requirements.
• Proven capability to motivate teams, promote safe work practices, and achieve operational goals.
• Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills with attention to quality and detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple functions.
• Role operates in environments with moving machinery, weather, dust, and noise.
• Work at portable plant supporting a major construction project with extended hours to meet production demands.
