Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Ogden, UT is seeking a hands-on worker to join our industrial manufacturing team. You will be safely producing precast concrete panels, stripping forms, pouring, finishing, and operating heavy machinery on the shop floor.

The role requires at least 2 years in concrete panel work, the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, clear communication with teammates, and basic math and measurement skills. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in concrete panel work.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Knowledge of basic tools and their uses.
• Understand and apply basic math skills (adding, subtracting, division, & multiplication).
• Knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Strips and cleans concrete forms.
• Pours concrete, shovels, vibrates, and finishes.
• Maintains good housekeeping and safety regulations on the shop floor.
• Performs basic carpentry skills.
• Operate Forklift and other heavy machinery.
• Other duties as assigned.
