Guardian Secure Services in Los Angeles is seeking a Concrete Worker to join our field team. You will pour, smooth, and finish concrete surfaces on sidewalks, driveways, floors and foundations across multiple projects.

This full‑time role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift heavy materials, and strong teamwork. No prior experience is required, making it a great entry point for newcomers to the construction trades.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare forms for pouring concrete and ensure they are properly aligned.
• Mix concrete according to specifications.
• Pour and spread concrete using hand tools or machines.
• Smooth and level surfaces using trowels or other equipment.
• Monitor curing process and make necessary adjustments.
• Remove forms after concrete has cured.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment used on the job site.
