Fairway Management, Inc. is seeking a Concrete Finisher to join our construction team.

You will be responsible for preparing, pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete on sidewalks, roads, foundations, and other structural elements, ensuring surfaces meet project specs and regulatory standards. You will work with a team to coordinate underground utilities, perform trenching and demolition as needed, and operate dump trucks and heavy machinery to move materials to job sites, while upholding

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a similar construction role.
Ability to operate hand tools and heavy equipment safely and effectively.
Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilités

Operate hand tools and heavy equipment to pour, spread, level, and finish concrete surfaces.
Perform excavation, trenching, and demolition tasks as needed to prepare sites for concrete work.
Coordinate with team members to manage underground utility installations and ensure safe work practices.
Inspect finished surfaces for defects and apply necessary corrections to meet quality standards.
Maintain and operate dump trucks and other machinery to transport materials to and from job sites.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to minimize risk on the job site.
