Job summary

Wells is seeking a dependable team member to support production by placing finishing panels and accurately pouring and finishing concrete in molds. You will work in a fast-paced environment to maintain quality, safety, and production standards across projects.

Responsibilities include depositing concrete into molds, leveling and screeding to rail height, applying specified finishes, and assisting with general tasks and cleanup to keep operations safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required, with a willingness to learn.
• Previous concrete experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to safety, reliability, good attendance, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to use basic tools and apply basic math skills, including reading a tape measure and performing basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Deposit concrete into molds according to specifications.
• Spread, level, and screed concrete to rail height to ensure proper surface alignment.
• Apply specified finishes to the rear face of precast panels.
• Monitor concrete placement to ensure consistency, quality, and proper coverage within forms.
• Assist with general production tasks and cleanup to support safe and efficient operations.
