Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking motivated workers to join the Infrastructure Pour Crew for off-shift concrete pours. You will help place, finish, and inspect concrete to meet specifications, while maintaining safety and efficiency on site.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of concrete panel experience, can lift up to 40 lbs, and communicate well with the team. Oldcastle Infrastructure offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in concrete panel work.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Knowledge of basic tools and their uses.
• Understand and apply basic math (adding, subtracting, division, multiplication).
• Knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure.

Responsabilités

• Operate concrete buckets and coordinate with crane operators during pours.
• Assist with placement and distribution of concrete into forms.
• Finish pours within forms to ensure proper elevation and surface.
• Monitor concrete placement and communicate with the crane operator and crew for safety and efficiency.
• Assist with concrete consolidation, screeding, finishing, and other pouring activities.
• Inspect forms and work areas to identify issues affecting quality or safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety procedures.
• Work as part of a team and communicate with supervisors and other crew members.
• Perform other duties related to concrete pouring and infrastructure operations.
