Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking an industrious, safety-minded team member to join our concrete manufacturing floor. You will perform duties to safely produce precast concrete panels, strip forms, pour, vibrate, and maintain clean, organized work areas on the shop floor.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of concrete panel work, can lift up to 40 lbs, communicate well with teammates, and possess basic tool knowledge. Forklift operation and basic carpentry are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in concrete panel work.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Knowledge of basic tools and their uses.
• Understand and apply basic math skills (adding, subtracting, division, & multiplication).
• Knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Strips and cleans concrete forms.
• Pours concrete, shovels, vibrates, and finishes.
• Maintains good housekeeping and safety regulations on the shop floor.
• Performs basic carpentry skills.
• Operate Forklift and other heavy machinery.
• Other duties as assigned.
