Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking an Infrastructure Pour Crew member to support concrete pouring and finishing during the off shift. You will work with a crew to ensure proper placement, elevation, and surface quality in line with specs and safety requirements.

Responsibilities include operating concrete buckets with crane coordination, assisting form work, screeding, finishing, and maintaining safe work areas.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in concrete panel work.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Effective communication with team members.
• Basic math skills including reading tape measures.

Responsibilities

• Operate concrete buckets and related equipment with crane operators during pours.
• Assist with placement and distribution of concrete into forms.
• Finish concrete pours and ensure proper surface quality.
• Monitor placement and communicate to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and site rules.
