Job summary

Industrial Flooring USA is seeking an Epoxy Flooring Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will install epoxy coatings, perform concrete resurfacing and polishing, and support a range of flooring systems across the United States.

Travel is a regular part of the job, with day or night shifts based on project needs. Responsibilities include surface preparation, installing various epoxy and resinous systems, mixing resins, applying coats, and ensuring proper curing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an epoxy installer or flooring technician.
• Familiarity with epoxy and resin-based flooring systems and tools.
• Ability to work on your feet for long periods and lift heavy materials/equipment.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, or extended hours as needed.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, shot-blasting, or other mechanical means.
• Install a variety of epoxy and resinous flooring systems, including self-leveling, broadcast, and troweled systems.
• Mix epoxy resins and hardeners to precise specifications.
• Apply primers, base coats, and topcoats using rollers, squeegees, or trowels.
• Ensure proper curing times and surface temperatures during application.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all job site safety protocols.
• Operate flooring equipment such as grinders, mixers, and vacuums.
• Accurately measure and calculate material requirements for each project.
