Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is a leading manufacturer of precast concrete and related products across North America. This role operates plant machinery according to safety policies to produce a superior product.

You will inspect product quality, assist in maintaining production records, monitor equipment for malfunctions, perform setup and cleanup, and stay compliant with housekeeping and safety procedures while cross-training in other production areas.

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets safety procedures, manuals, and instructions.
• Maintains safety awareness and proper use of PPE.
• Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to produce concrete products from raw materials to yard stage.
• Inspect product quality according to standards.
• Assist in maintaining accurate production records.
• Monitor machinery and report malfunctions.
• Perform machine setup and cleanup for job changes.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and follow safety procedures.
• Cross-train on other production processes as needed.
• Ensure accuracy in all work assignments.
• Follow housekeeping and safety rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
