Job summary

Concrete Supply, LLC, a CRH company, is seeking a results-driven operations leader to oversee safety, production, quality and cost control at our Kentucky ready-mix plant. You will partner with the General Manager to execute operational goals and growth strategies, lead a diverse team, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality systems.

The role requires strong leadership, solid understanding of construction and accounting principles, and ability to drive performance through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in construction field experience.
• Plant management experience 3+ years preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working culture and minimize risk across operations.
• Oversee daily operations including safe production, quality and environmental systems.
• Drive operational performance and improvements to meet company goals.
• Provide leadership to ensure efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective resource management.
• Build effective teams and develop direct reports for future opportunities.
• Ensure crews have tools and training to operate safely and in compliance with laws.
