Aerotek is hiring a Concrete Plant Manager for the Dayton, OH area on the first shift. This permanent role leads a small production team, ensures the line starts up reliably each day, and maintains safety and quality in a concrete and masonry environment.

The position offers daytime hours, a competitive salary in the $70k–$100k range, and on-site responsibilities with hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting to keep production running smoothly.

Job Description

The Plant Manager oversees daily production operations, leads a team of operators, and ensures the manufacturing line starts up and runs efficiently each day. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
