Job summary

3d-Concrete is seeking aMaintenance Supervisor to develop and implement maintenance plans for the plant's equipment, from machinery to conveyors and batch plants. You will oversee a preventative program, address failures, manage spare parts, and supervise a team to ensure safety and high quality standards.

You will collaborate with production and management, maintain records, and drive continuous improvements to reduce downtime and optimize reliability.

Qualifications
