Job summary

Titan America's Southport, NC plant seeks a Plant Supervisor to oversee all ready-mix operations, focusing on safety, production, quality, and maintenance. You will lead plant staff, coordinate deliveries, and ensure compliance with policies and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of automated batch plant operation.
• Ability to obtain ACI Level I Field Testing Technician and NC DOT Batch Certification within 1 year of hire.
• Strong supervisory skills with discretion and good judgment over hourly workforce.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise plant employees and drivers in production and delivery.
• Ensure products meet quality and service expectations and maintain adequate inventories.
• Schedule deliveries with Dispatch to meet customer needs and ensure on-time, safe deliveries.
• Maintain safe workplace in line with company policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Oversee plant maintenance, inspections, and equipment upkeep to ensure reliability.
