Job summary

Rogers Group, Inc. in Harriman, TN, is seeking a Ready-Mix Loader Operator to support our concrete production at the local plant. You will operate a front-end loader, stock materials, monitor stockpiles, and assist with daily equipment inspections while maintaining safety and housekeeping.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, willingness to work outdoors in varying weather, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. CDL is a plus; valid driver's license preferred.

Rogers Group Inc. is currently seeking a Ready-Mix Loader Operator for our plant located in Harriman, TN. This position reports to the Plant Manager. The successful candidate loads, stocks, and manages aggregate materials to support safe and efficient ready-mix concrete production while operating heavy equipment and maintaining plant housekeeping.

Job Details

• Operate a front-end loader to load aggregate bins and maintain material stockpiles.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a front-end loader or heavy equipment preferred.
• Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of safe operating practices and workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus.
• Experience in aggregate, concrete, construction, or industrial environments preferred.
