Job summary

Wilbert Precast, Inc. in Spokane, WA seeks a dedicated Patch & Repair Technician to perform surface repairs, finishing and cosmetic corrections on precast concrete products to meet quality standards.

This full-time role ensures finished products are structurally sound and ready for delivery. You will patch, grind, fill and match textures, use hand and power tools safely, follow drawings and quality guidelines, and collaborate with Quality Control and Production teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with concrete patching and surface finishing.
• Ability to read basic drawings/instructions.
• Strong attention to quality and detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform patching, grinding, filling, and surface repairs on precast concrete products.
• Repair defects such as honeycombing, bug holes, chips, cracks, and voids.
• Match textures and finish to meet appearance standards.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow repair procedures, drawings, and quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with Quality Control and Production teams to address deficiencies.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Inspect repaired products for quality and consistency.
• Comply with safety policies, PPE, and plant procedures.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and assist other tasks.
• Occasional local and regional travel for on-site repairs.
