Job summary

Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC in Mt. Pleasant, IA, is hiring a Concrete Mold Tech for a full-time role with a 6:00 AM–4:20 PM shift, Monday through Thursday, OT as needed. Starting pay ranges $19.00–$21.00 per hour, with benefits available from day one.

Responsibilities include mixing concrete with power equipment, pouring into molds, curing sequencing, demolding, and packaging finished goods for shipment, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Experience operating concrete molding equipment and handling molds.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and adhere to process instructions.
• Attention to quality and ability to stand for long periods during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate power equipment to mix concrete and prepare molds.
• Pour concrete into molds and ensure proper sequencing.
• Remove cured products from molds and inspect for defects.
• Package finished goods for shipment and maintain clean work area.

Concrete Mold Tech Duties Include

• Utilizing power equipment to mix concrete
• Manually pouring concrete into molds
• Sequencing product to cure
• Removing cured product from molds
• Packaging finished goods for shipment
