Job summary

Hearth & Home Technologies in Mount Pleasant, IA is hiring for a full-time manufacturing role supervising daily operations on the 4:00 PM–2:20 AM shift. You will guide a production team, ensure core hours adherence, and drive scheduling to meet output targets.

You will lead daily team meetings, train new members, escalate issues to the supervisor, and uphold safety, quality, and standard work. This role offers comprehensive benefits starting day one and a direct hire path.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction for their team and lead daily team meetings.
• Meet production schedules and identify root causes of disruptions.
• Orient, train, and facilitate training needs of members in production processes.
• Escalate issues to the supervisor as needed to maintain safety and quality.
• Provide regular progress reports to supervisor.
• Communicate production, safety, and quality issues clearly.

• Location: Mt. Pleasant, IA
• Starting Pay: $23.00 + per hour
  • Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour
• Shift Details: 4:00 PM - 2:20 AM (Core Hours)
  • Monday - Thursday
  • OT as needed
• Full Time / Direct Hire
