Job summary

Knight’s Companies Inc. in Jedburg, SC is seeking a Mixer Truck Driver to support our ready-mix operations. You will safely operate a concrete mixer truck, deliver to job sites, inspect loads, and maintain accurate delivery records while upholding safety standards.

We value reliability and customer service as you coordinate with plant staff and dispatch. A CDL is required, along with a REAL ID, and at least one year of CDL driving experience. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B license required.
• Valid REAL ID in state of residence.
• Minimum of 1 year CDL driving experience.
• No DUI/DWI violations within past 5 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations within past 3 years.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a concrete mixer truck in compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies.
• Deliver concrete to job sites efficiently and accurately.
• Inspect loads to ensure proper mix consistency and quality.
• Verify delivery instructions and job site locations before departing the plant.
• Maintain communication with plant personnel and dispatch for delivery coordination.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Complete required paperwork including delivery tickets, logs, and inspection reports.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on equipment.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and perform minor maintenance as needed.
• Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety standards.
