Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Class B CDL required.
• Good driving record.
• 1 year of experience as a tri-axle driver.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Able and willing to work nights and weekends; schedule based on business needs.
• Problem solving.
• Ability to pass fit tests and use PPE.
• Ability to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performs all work according to FMCSA and H&K Safety policies.
• Drives truck to receive sand, gravel, cement, and water and starts mixer.
• Drives truck to location for unloading.
• Releases concrete down truck chute into wheelbarrow or other container.
• Cleans truck after delivery to prevent concrete hardening.
• Sprays surfaces of truck with protective coating.
• Assembles cement chute.
• Performs daily pre and post trip checks.
• Other duties as assigned.
