Sun Precast Company in Beaver Springs, PA is seeking Manufacturing Team Members to join our concrete product facility. This entry-level to mid-level role involves loading, pouring concrete into molds, troweling, mold setup, and removing finished units from molds.

Ideal candidates can read tape measures and blueprints, work effectively in a fast-paced team, and show high attention to detail. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred; concrete product experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Read a tape measure accurately.
• Read blueprints and interpret drawings.
• Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as a team is required.
• High attention to detail and quality are essential.
• Experience with concrete products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pour concrete into molds.
• Trowel concrete and finish surfaces.
• Mold setup and removal of units from molds.
• Fabricate steel reinforcement as needed.
• Perform general fabrication duties.
