Job summary

Brayman Precast in Saxonburg, PA is seeking a full-time Batch Plant Operator for our climate-controlled precast concrete facility. You will weigh and mix materials, load, batch, and test concrete products to meet plan specifications while maintaining safety and efficiency.

This role requires physical stamina, strong communication, and the ability to operate and maintain plant equipment. Training is available; the company offers competitive benefits and a supportive team in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• GED or higher accepted with training or minimal related experience.
• Must communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and wear PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the concrete batch plant safely and efficiently.
• Weigh, mix, load, batch, and test concrete products to spec; maintain cleanliness and perform basic maintenance.
