Job summary

Fox Cities Builders in Wisconsin is seeking a Concrete Leadman to work with the Foreman to guide crews on agricultural, commercial, and industrial projects. You will lead, solve problems, ensure quality, and help deliver durable concrete structures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of concrete construction experience.
• Leadership experience or desire to grow into a leadership role.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead concrete crews on agricultural, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Assist with concrete placement, finishing, and daily jobsite operations.
• Read blueprints and help ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Train and mentor crew members while promoting teamwork and accountability.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily production needs.
• Promote a safe work environment and lead by example.
• Step into the Foreman's role when needed to keep projects moving.
• Help solve challenges in the field and maintain quality workmanship.
