Job summary

Fox Cities Builders is seeking a Building Leadman to join our team, working with the Foreman to lead crews on agricultural, commercial, and industrial projects. You’ll read blueprints, help plan daily work, and promote safety while delivering quality results.

With 3+ years of construction experience and leadership potential, you’ll mentor crew members, coordinate materials and equipment, and step up to lead when the Foreman is unavailable.

• 3+ years of construction experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
• Leadership and mentorship mindset.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Help lead construction crews on agricultural, commercial, and industrial building projects
• Assist with daily planning, coordination, and jobsite organization
• Train, mentor, and support crew members
• Read blueprints and help ensure projects are built correctly and efficiently
• Promote a strong safety culture and lead by example
• Help manage materials, tools, and equipment
• Step up and lead the crew when the Foreman is unavailable
• Solve problems and keep projects moving forward
