Job summary

Fox Cities Builders is seeking a Concrete Supervisor to lead field crews, coordinate schedules, and ensure safe, quality concrete work across projects in Wisconsin.

You will mentor crew members, review plans, and maintain updates in Procore, driving productivity and timely delivery on multiple sites while upholding a strong safety culture. This role requires hands-on leadership and clear communication to solve problems quickly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading concrete construction crews
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications
• Organized, accountable, and driven to deliver results
• Procore experience is a plus
