Fox Cities Builders is seeking a Building Leadman to join our field team and help lead crews on agricultural, commercial, and industrial projects. You will read blueprints, plan daily work, mentor crew members, and promote safety while delivering quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction experience
• Leadership experience or desire to grow into a leadership role
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Help lead construction crews on agricultural, commercial, and industrial building projects
• Assist with daily planning, coordination, and jobsite organization
• Train, mentor, and support crew members
• Read blueprints and help ensure projects are built correctly and efficiently
• Promote a strong safety culture and lead by example
• Help manage materials, tools, and equipment
• Step up and lead the crew when the Foreman is unavailable
• Solve problems and keep projects moving forward
