Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of heavy highway laborer experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience in the concrete industry is a strong plus.
• Current STP, OSHA 10 Hour, or OSHA 30 Hour; Kokosing can facilitate training.

Responsibilities

• Load, transport, unload, and furnish crew with materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Clean work area and restock supplies and materials as necessary.
• Grade checking.
• Help place and rake concrete.
• Set and remove pavement, barrier, curb, and sidewalk forms.
• Perform other routine duties as directed by Foreman.
• Safely handle electric and gas-powered hand tools, such as circular saws, drills, and cut-off saws.
• Use tape measure, folding rule, and 4ft level.
