Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable personal transportation required.
• Willing to work on projects up to 3.5 hours from home; travel expenses provided for longer distances.
• Kokosing is a drug-free workplace.
• Experience in heavy highway labor is preferred; not required.
• Current STP/OSHA training or readiness for Kokosing training.

Responsibilities

• Load, transport, unload, and furnish crew with materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Clean work area and restock supplies as necessary.
• Grade checking and supporting concrete placement.
• Set and remove pavement, barrier, curb, and sidewalk forms.
• Perform other routine duties as directed by Foreman.
• Safely handle electric and gas-powered hand tools and measure with tapes and levels.
