Job summary

CMC seeks personnel to support concrete pipe production from setup to shipment. You will set up molds, apply release agents, place reinforcing materials, and assist pouring with mixers or automated equipment.

You will help with curing, stripping pipes, finishing, and safe handling of materials, while keeping the work area clean and following all PPE requirements. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to perform job tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to read simple drawings and perform basic math.
• Commitment to safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Team player with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Support production of concrete pipe from setup through shipment.
• Set up and prepare pipe molds (clean, assemble, apply release agents).
• Place reinforcing materials (steel cages, wire) per specifications.
• Assist with concrete pouring using mixers, buckets, or automated equipment.
• Support curing process and strip finished pipe from molds.
• Perform basic finishing (patching, smoothing, sealing joints).
• Operate or assist with vibration/compaction equipment.
• Move and stage materials and finished products for curing or shipment.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
