Donco 3 Construction in the United States is hiring Laborer Apprentices who want to learn the concrete construction trade. No previous experience is required; we seek dependable, hardworking individuals willing to learn, take direction, and build a long-term career in construction.

You'll train on the job alongside foremen and finishers, learning safety, tool use, rebar, concrete placement, and finishing techniques while contributing to local projects within a 100-mile radius.

Qualifications

• No previous concrete experience required.
• Willing to learn a skilled trade.
• Able to work outdoors in physical construction work.
• Must be safety-minded and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Learn jobsite safety and construction fundamentals.
• Use hand and power tools.
• Assist with footing, walls, slabs, and concrete placement.
• Assist with finishing concrete using hand tools.
• Operate equipment as training progresses.
