Job summary

Donco 3 Construction in Missouri is seeking experienced Laborers to join our concrete construction crews. This role requires hands-on construction experience and the ability to perform concrete labor with limited instruction.

You will form footings, walls, slabs and other concrete structures, prepare areas for placement, place and finish concrete, set forms, and tie reinforcing steel. We offer health insurance and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Previous concrete or related construction experience.
• Familiarity with common concrete tools.
• Ability to work with limited instruction.

Responsibilities

• Form footings, walls, slabs, and other concrete structures.
• Prepare areas for concrete placement and finish work.
• Place and assist with finishing concrete.
• Set and strip concrete forms.
• Install and tie reinforcing steel.
• Perform slab preparation and flatwork.
• Operate vibrators, grinders, drills, jackhammers, and other tools.
• Use lasers and smart levels to check alignment.
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
