Job summary

Concast Inc. is seeking a General Laborer for our Casting Department. You will prepare molds, fill them with concrete, ensure product quality, and work with a skilled team to keep production running smoothly in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

The role requires strong manual dexterity, reliability, and safety awareness. Prior concrete or manufacturing experience is a plus, with a high school diploma preferred.

• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn new techniques.

Responsibilities

• Mold Preparation & Casting: Clean, assemble, and prepare steel molds for casting; apply release agents; fill molds with concrete and ensure proper consolidation.
• Quality & Safety: Inspect molds and finished products; follow safety protocols; maintain clean work areas.
• Teamwork & Support: Collaborate to meet daily production goals; participate in meetings; assist with other production tasks as needed.
