Job summary

Express Employment Professionals in Lewiston, ID is seeking a Concrete Laborer to join our outdoor construction team. The role focuses on hardscape and landscaping tasks, with a 6:30 AM–3:30 PM schedule and a wage of $24–$25 per hour.

You will work on projects from concrete finishing to outdoor living spaces, requiring physical labor, outdoor endurance, and teamwork. Full-time weekday schedule with opportunities to learn and grow in landscaping, irrigation, and construction trades.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physical labor for full shifts.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, blowing, and pruning.
• Assist with landscape installations (sod, hydroseed, plants, lighting, fencing).
• Support concrete and hardscape projects (excavation, grading, forming, pouring, finishing).
• Work on projects like retaining walls, pavers, patios, and outdoor living spaces.
• Load, move, and organize materials; perform heavy labor tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site (no smoking on sites).
• Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently.
