Qualifications

• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds; up to 90 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow measurements precisely.
• Experience with formwork or concrete construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, erect, and dismantle formwork for foundations, walls, columns, and slabs.
• Operate motorized equipment and hand tools; maintain job-site cleanliness.
• Assist in vertical concrete pouring and framing/decking tasks as needed.
• Read project specifications and maintain safety on site.
• Work in varying weather conditions with physical endurance.
